I have some incredibly exciting news to share with you today! For a while now, I’ve been dreaming up a new way for us to connect, learn, and grow together. The journey we’ve been on with this blog has been amazing, and I’m so grateful for every single one of you who has been a part of it.

You may have noticed that things were a bit quiet around here in 2025. I want to be open with you – life was definitely “lifing,” as they say! That time away gave me a chance to reflect on what this community means to me and how we can make it even better. It became clear that we needed a space that was more interactive, more supportive, and more dynamic than a blog alone can be.

And that’s why I’m so thrilled to officially announce the next chapter of our journey: The Prepared Life Squad, our new home on the Skool platform!

The Prepared Life Squad is more than just a new name; it’s an evolution of everything we’ve been building here. Our mission is to reframe preparedness as a practical, empowering, and even enjoyable lifestyle. We’re leaving the fear-based narratives behind and focusing on what truly matters: feeling calm, confident, and capable no matter what life throws our way.
